Order processing

Orders are prepared on business days. You will receive delivery information by email after your package is ready to ship.

U.S. shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Orders over $45 qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.

If bottles arrive damaged or leaking, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the products and shipping carton.

For food safety, opened hot sauce cannot be returned. Contact us within 14 days of delivery regarding unopened products or order issues.
